Ingredients
4 oz. gin
- 1 oz. orange liqueur (ideally Cointreau)
- 2 oz. lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 2 egg whites
1 oz. olive oil
Directions
Mix the gin with the orange liqueur, lime juice, vanilla, and simple syrup in a measuring cup. Set aside.
Fill a shaker halfway with ice, pour in the egg whites and olive oil and shake vigorously until it foams up and doubles in bulk.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and shake again.
- Strain into a glass and serve.
