Ingredients
1 cup apple juice
- ½ cup Gin
- 350ml bubbly (e.g. Prosecco)
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Apple slices to garnish
- Ice to serve
Directions
Fill champagne flutes with ice, add 1/4 with apple juice, then top off with gin and the bubbly.
Add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil on each flute and garnish with apple slices.
