Ingredients

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon curry powder

¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process for 1-2 minutes on low speed.
- Transfer to a clean jar and cover. Let it infuse overnight.
- Optionally, the next day discard the solids that have settled to the bottom of the jar using a fine strainer or a clean coffee or tea filter. Store refrigerated for up to a month.
