This pork sausage and winter veggie dish is extremely versatile so feel free to switch out any of the ingredients listed below or add in something else you like! Ingredients
- 4 Italian sausages, chopped (4 links -7/8" dia x 4" long)
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 red apples, chopped
- 1 onion, large, sliced

4 tbs olive oil

1⁄2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbs fresh dill leaves, to garnish
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and spread out 4 pieces of tin foil, each about 2 feet long.
Divide the sausages, potatoes, carrots, onions and apples into each parcel and season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil and fold each parcel tightly.
- Bake for 30 minutes and serve hot, garnished with fresh dill.
