INGREDIENTS:
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 large cucumber
• 1 cup spinach leaves
• 1 cup arugula
• 1⁄2 cup celery stalks
• 1⁄4 cup parsley
• 1 lemon
• 1⁄2 tsp cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Blender all the ingredients in a blender adding water as needed to get a smoothie consistency.
2. Pour into a glass and serve cold.
