INGREDIENTS:
• 1⁄2 cup olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
• 1⁄2 tsp fresh ginger
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried chili
flakes
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1.4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Grate the ginger and place all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Pulse to get a thick, creamy consistency.
